Bullhorn Lady video

The livestream video of the “Bullhorn Lady” shot at the US Capitol on January 6th was never released for use. It is under copyright and the only known livestream from the Capitol grounds during the riot.

The video was first circulated without permissions by TMZ the morning of January 13th. A pirated edit had been circulating on twitter (That twitter user was soon removed).

TMZ is the only entity to respond to remove the content. They did so the next day on January 14th, but have not answered where they obtained the video.

TMZ and CNN monetized the content by running ads online.

CNN requested usage on January 13th and was given a firm NO via text, email and phone call. Yet, usage of the content by CNN persists today online.

Below is the original headline the content appeared under, which I explain in the CNN video, has since been altered.

Update: MSNBC has responded and removed the content from their servers. This matter is being settled. Password: settle

CNN producer Paul P. Murphy hung up on me mid conversation on the afternoon January 13th. He had tried to get me to agree to usage saying I had to trust him the content would be used responsibly.

I told outlets they could only embed a tweet I had made of a smaller section.

Paul Murphy of CNN has not responded to texts, emails or phone calls. I have asked the matter be escalated to the highest level and to speak with legal. Calls are not returned.

I asked to speak to a boss before Mr. Murphy and I conversed. I said it was ok only to embed posts from my twitter which included two small sections. Mr. Murphy persisted and we had the following phone conversation which I recorded.
